
Nutrition Philosophy
UCC currently follows a 3-week menu rotation full of choices with an emphasis on the latest Canada's Food Guide. The focus is on variety, with fresh fruits and vegetables covering at least half of your plate, inclusion of plant-based proteins, and having water as your drink of choice! Establishing lifelong healthy eating habits is one of our goals as well as maintaining a healthy environment for all children, where all dietary needs are met.
